Simple Ways To Up Your Workplace Wellness

As summer weather approaches, and sitting at a desk all day feels more torturous than ever, we find ourselves obsessing over weekend plans and wellness blogs a little more than usual. Here are a few of the most useful tips we’ve discovered for feeling energized at work when (let’s be honest!) we’d rather be outside.

  1. Surround yourself with people who inspire you. Or, if you work alone, pin up some inspiring quotes. Like this one.
  2. Get some great headphones and listen to music while you work (a little Lemonade, anyone?).
  3. Take ‘effective’ breaks.
  4. Drink fruit-infused water all day – it’s a continuous pick-me-up. Strawberry, Lemon, and Basil water is a fave.
  5. Police your negative thoughts. Oprah (of course!) has some tips on how to stay positive.
