In 2020, Vancouver’s iconic Once A Tree Furniture tasked The Social Agency with creating and executing a marketing strategy to help take their brand, sales, and digital reach to the next level.
After completing a holistic marketing audit of all OAT’s activities, we developed a marketing strategic plan that has served to bring more customers into Once a Tree’s showroom, increase their sales through online channels, and significantly boost their brand awareness and SEO. We’ve also brought their brand into the media spotlight, via earned media.
Since implementing our strategic plan, TSA has helped OAT see a 65% YoY increase in overall web traffic. Our social strategy, supplemented by thoughtfully-executed public relations campaigns and influencer and brand partnerships, has also resulted in exponential growth, with followers and engagement on Instagram increasing by over 30% in the last year, and PR stories increasing by 100%.
